History

- 1921 – Ernst Sachs, the founder of ERSA GmbH, invented the first soldering Iron (H-1)

- 1993 – ERSA GmbH is incorporated into the Kurtz group of companies , founded in 1779

- 1997 – ERSA GmbH and EEE SA started the collaboration, EEE being the representative of ERSA for Romania;

- 2025 – Kurtz Ersa Romania Srl is established in Timișoara as a 100% subsidiary of Kurtz Ersa GmbH.

EEE continues to operate as the authorized distributor for ERSA Tools, covering professional soldering stations and hand tools for electronic components, fume extraction systems and soldering accessories.
